Wonderful base for exploring Surabaya. Good pool, wonderful rooms with minimalist touch. Marvellous and fab location for our visit to Monumen Kapal Selam not too far from the hotel.

Location just off the nicest bars in the city like Ourbar, the taxi or online taxi and main railway station. Impressive room with a comfortable bed, amazing service. Early check in and late check out👍👍

I stayed at Pop! Hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The interior design is colorful and uplifting, making me feel happy throughout my stay. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the dry chicken noodles, and I loved the refreshing infused water. The affordable room cost didn't compromise on the excellent services provided. The bathroom was the cutest I've ever seen, with a cute washroom pod inside the room. The hotel had great facilities, including access to the Harris pool and restaurant, a fast laundry service, and a mini-market and ATM in the lobby. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep.

Hotel in Surabaya was totally lit! The location was super central, making it easy for us to explore the city. We had a blast visiting Surabaya Carnival Night Market and enjoying the thrilling rides. The hotel staff were chill and the rooms were comfy, perfect for a group of fun-loving teenagers like us!

The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot at the hotel, like a rooftop bar or a gaming area. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was awesome, but as party-going young people, it would have been sick to have a place to vibe and have even more fun during our stay.

The hotel was bright with amazing services provided. the room was impressive, modern, and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. the perfect location close enough to the airport and train station and many shopping malls was a lot and the rail terminal.

Explored the area with lots of dining options, started the day with complimentary breakfast, and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi. The perfect place to stay in the heart of the city.

The staff here are so friendly and genuine. They offer early check-in and late check-out which is convenient. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms is a nice inclusion. the hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short 5-minute walk to Monumen Kapal Selam.

The hotel has a convenient location, being close to the train station and in the city center. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and good wifi. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a decent variety, although there were some minor issues with the taste. a good value for money stay.

That the rooms were not very soundproof, so there was some noise from the corridor.
